Dear Friends:
The Hands of the Cause in the Holy Land are sending Hand of the Cause ‘Abu’l-Qasim Faizi to France, to meet with the National Spiritual Assembly and the Bahá’ís of France and to act on behalf of the Hands for the protection of the Faith in the situation created by Mr. Remey’s unfounded claim.
Mr. Faizi will act in accordance with the instructions given him by the Hands in the Holy Land. He is empowered to take whatever steps may be necessary to carry out these instructions.
