"EVERYTHING THAT IS WRITTEN IN THE WILL AND TESTAMENT WILL BE FULFILLED. THE BAHA'IS MUST NOT BE ANXIOUS ABOUT THIS."

ANSWER: He already appointed his SUCCESSOR "in his own life-time" in conformity with the Master's Will.
